We will use the most advanced HVAC systems to control the environment to reduce the
risk of powdery mildew(PM) and botrytis on the plant leaves.
Methods and practices related to odor mitigation, sanitation, and airflow:
Odor Mitigation
Carbon filters remove the smell and can be used to scrub the air around the building
outside the flower rooms if needed.
Rooms will be sealed and normally won't have air coming in or going out. CO2 will be
supplemented to the plants. Airflow will be large HVAC air conditioning and dehumidifier
units. The ducted systems for air that does leave the flower rooms will have carbon
filtration for odor mitigation.
Sanitation
Hand tools (scissors, pruning shears, etc) and tables be sanitized multiple times per day
immediately after use. Quaternary Ammonia products will be used as the sanitizing
material.
Plant flood tables will be vacuumed of debris and scrubbed with soap and water after
harvest. The clean tables will be sanitized with a Quaternary Ammonia product.
The walls and floors of each grow room will be foamed cleaned with a oxidizer product
between crops.
