Timing:Prior to approvals and prior to issuance of development permits. <br /> d. Final Map Digital File: A digital file of the Final Map shall be submitted to the County Survey <br /> Department. The digital file format shall be consistent with requirements of the County Assessor and <br /> Community Development Department GIS division. <br /> Timing:prior to approval of Final Map. <br /> e. Road Names: All subdivision road names shall be submitted to the Community Development <br /> Department for approval by the Director. Said road names shall comply with the"Standards for Road <br /> Names and Road Name Changes, Public and Private" of San Joaquin County. [Development Title <br /> Section 9-1150.18] Contact Rafedah Cardella in GIS at(209)468-3138. <br /> Timing:prior to approval of Final Map. <br /> f. Monitoring Program: The Final Map(s) shall comply with the Mountain House Master Plan and <br /> Specific Plan III San Joaquin County Mitigation Monitoring Program. <br /> g. Monitoring Agreement: The applicant or the applicant's assignee shall fund the Community <br /> Monitoring and Mitigation Monitoring Programs. The applicant or the applicant's assignee shall also <br /> fund the County's efforts to monitor compliance with the Tentative Map conditions of approval. <br /> [General Plan Community Organization and Development Policy(19)(j)] <br /> Timing: Ongoing. <br /> FEES <br /> h. General. Development within the project shall be subject to the payment of all applicable and lawfully <br /> enacted County fees, subject to the provisions of the Development Agreement (i.e., the Amended <br /> and Restated Master Plan Development Agreement By and Between County of San Joaquin and <br /> Mathews Land, Inc. approved by the BOS on November 22, 2005 as Ordinance 4278 Relative to the <br /> Development of Certain Property Within the Mountain House Community). <br /> Timing: Ongoing. <br /> i. Affordable Housing.The applicant for all subsequent development within Neighborhood A shall pay <br /> the Affordable Housing Impact Fee in effect at the time of building permit issuance. [Mountain House <br /> Development Title Chapter 9-1270M] <br /> Timing:Prior to Building Permit Issuance. <br /> j. Master Plan and Specific Plan Reimbursement Fees. The developer shall be responsible for <br /> paying all Master Plan and Specific Plan Reimbursement Fees pursuant to Chapter 9-1260 of the <br /> San Joaquin County Development Code. <br /> Timing:Prior to Final Map. <br /> k. Agricultural Mitigation Fees.
