An authorized Hazmat employee calls FXG Emergency Spill Response Service <br /> at 833.FXG.SPIL (833.394.7745) if the damaged and/or leaking package: <br /> • Is not at a station (e.g., is at a shipper/consignee, at another OpCo or on the road in a service <br /> provider vehicle) <br /> • Displays a prohibited FedEx Ground hazard diamond label (Refer to Hazardous Materials <br /> Prohibited/Acceptable Labels Decal, 20159S, or Hazardous Materials Prohibited/Acceptable <br /> Labels Poster, 20175S.) <br /> • Is smoking, fuming or releasing a noxious odor <br /> • Displays a Radioactive White I label, other radioactive markings, or an explosive marking or <br /> label <br /> • Is clearly marked or labeled with any of the following words: <br /> - Biohazard <br /> - Blood <br /> - Urine <br /> - Diagnostic Specimen <br /> • Poses an imminent danger to others or the station/hub <br /> • Contains material that requires a respirator, of any type, for a spill response <br /> • Contains any amount of mercury metal <br /> Last Update: 01 December 2020 Page 6 of 13 <br />
