The project proposes the construction of a 1,050 square foot pre-manufactured metal building; located on the southern corner of the intersection of North Wilson Way and North Sanguinetti Lane, Stockton. (Supervisorial District 1) OWNER: Safraz Ahmad Tabish ADDRESS: 2662 N. Wilson Way, Stockton INFORMATION: APPLICANT: Same APN: 117-060-33 The site is not currently located within a Federal Emergency Management Agency Designated Flood Hazard Area. The site is within the Phase 1 area of the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Wilson Way has an existing right-of-way width of 100 feet (55 feet e/o centerline) and a planned right-of-way width of 110-136 feet. Sanguinetti Lane has an existing right-of-way width of 75 feet (40 feet w/o centerline) and a planned right-of-way width of 80 feet. RECOMMENDATIONS: 1) An encroachment permit shall be required for all work within road right-of-way. (Note: Driveway encroachment permits are for flatwork only -all vertical features, including but not limited to fences, walls, private light standards, rocks, landscaping and cobbles are not allowed in the right-of-way.) (Development Title Sections 9-1145.4 and 9-1145.5) 2) Prior to issuance of the occupancy permit, the driveway approaches shall be improved in accordance with the requirements of San Joaquin County Improvement Standards Drawing No. R-14.
