The composting facility may also be operated as a co-composting facility by the addition of biosolids to the material during the composting process. However . the addition of biosolids durin g the com postin g process does not currentl y occur. The end product of the composting process may be used as a topsoil amendment, mulch, or a soil conditioner for various applications. The comp osted mate rial may also be used i n the landfill as an a lternative dai ly cover (ADC) mate r ia l. Al l CORtast ..... The Compost Facility wi ll be is located in the south eastern portion of the property. The site is located in Section 3 of Township lS, Range 7E, Mount Diablo Baseline and Meridian as shown of Figure 1~. The Assessor's Parcel Number for the RRF is 201-060-03. Access to the site is from Austin Road . which is a rural two-lane, paved road oriented north/south connecting with Mariposa Road to the north and ultimately connecting with Highway 99 to the south. Direct routes to Austin Road are provided by French Camp Road, Arch Road, Mariposa Road, Interstate 5 , Highway 99, and Highway 120. The entrance /exit to the RRF is located just south of the South Fork of South Little john 's Creek and is a 4934-foot wide . 120-foot lon g paved entrance road just off of Austin Road . The Forward Landfill has se parate entrances/exits as described in their Joint Technical Document (J Tm . There are three entrances to the site , al l from Austin Road . The main entranoe to the landfill is a 60 foot w ide paved road located at the northeast corner of the property. 1\ secondary acsess road to the landf ill is a 16 foot wide gravel road located north ofthe Sou t h Forl(.
