I reviewed the records. <br />Section 17638 - Special Occurrences <br />A log of special occurrences is maintained in a book kept at the <br />gate house. I reviewed the log. <br />Section 17639 - Inspection of Records <br />I reviewed all records which were available during normal business <br />hours. Subsurface and weight per volume records were kept at the <br />county office. Receipts of incoming loads and a log of special <br />occurrences were kept on site. <br />Section 17646 - Availability <br />I saw no evidence that site operations were impaired by a lack of <br />personnel. According to Jesse Padilla (Site Foreman), there are <br />four equipment operators, one mechanic, three full time laborers, <br />one full time gate attendant and one temporary. <br />Section 17647 - Training <br />I saw no evidence that site operations were impaired by a lack of <br />training. <br />Section 17648 - Supervision <br />I saw nothing to indicate a lack of supervision at this site. <br />According to Jesse Padilla (Site Foreman), Efrain Padilla is the <br />back-up supervisor. <br />Section 17649 - Site Attendant <br />An attendant was present during my inspection. <br />Section 17657 - Entry Signs <br />Entry signs were present indicating fee, schedule, hours of <br />operation and which materials are and are not accepted. <br />W$ste Management Specialist <br />
