In lieu of conveyance of park land to the County, as <br /> prescribed in Section 9-9261 of the Planning Title, the <br /> developer shall contribute fees of equivalent value as <br /> defined in Section 9-9264 . Arrangements for the payment <br /> of said fees shall be approved by County Counsel prior to <br /> final map recordation. <br /> d. The storm drainage pond shall be fenced with a minimum <br /> six-foot-high non-climbable fence and landscaped on adja- <br /> cent Lots 12 and 13 with dense plantings . The details for <br /> the fencing and landscaping shall be submitted to the <br /> Planning Director for approval . <br /> 2 . Local Health District : <br /> a. Prior to recording the final map, a letter from the water <br /> supplier will be required which states that they have the <br /> capacity to serve the developement and that the system <br /> meets State standards . <br /> b. This proposed subdivision shall meet the rules and regula- <br /> tions of San Joaquin County Ordinance No. 549 . <br /> Percolation tests are to be done on each lot , and a mini- <br /> mum sewage disposal area as determined by these tests is <br /> to be set aside for each lot for Health District approval . <br /> A permit for the percolation tests is required from the <br /> Health District . <br /> 3 . Department of Public Works: <br /> a. All improvements shall be in conformance with the <br /> Improvement Standards and Specifications of the County of <br /> San Joaquin. <br /> b. All improvement plans and specifications must be approved <br /> by the County of San Joaquin Department of Public Works <br /> concurrent to approval of the Final Map. <br /> c . All interior streets shall be dedicated and improved <br /> within the subdivision in conformance to County standards <br /> of a 50-foot right-of-way farm or estate type street . <br /> d. Eight Mile Road and Quashnick Road shall be dedicated and <br /> improved on the subdivision side in conformance to County <br /> standards of 84-foot and 60-foot right-of-way streets, <br /> respectively. <br /> e . Access to Eight Mile Road from Lots 1 and 23 shall be <br /> restricted. <br />
