Hydrant Spacing: Hydrants shall not be distributed more than 40Q' feet: <br /> apart or no more than 400' feet from the buildings to be protected. <br /> 5. Electric Power Supply: The electrical power supply for each pump shall <br /> be provided in duplicate or a reliable stand-by source of power be provided. <br /> 6. Engineering Plans : An engineering plan showing Mains, valves, and the <br /> Hydrants shall be submitted to this office for approval prior to installation <br /> of the system. <br /> Local Health District - Conditions for Tentative Map 5-78-1 <br /> Subject to the requirements of San Joaquin County Ordinance No. 549, includ- <br /> ing the following : <br /> 1. Minimum sewage disposal areas on each lot, as determined from percola- <br /> tion tests, are to be shown on the final map. <br /> 2. The minimum sewage disposal area for each lot will be permitted to be <br /> located within five feet (5' ) of a property line. <br /> 3. The septic tank for the sewage disposal. system on lot 22 shall be located <br /> at least one hundred feet (100' ) minimum lateral distance from the public <br /> water well on Parcel "A". <br /> 4. The minimum sewage disposal area required for each lot shall be recorded <br /> on the deed as a restriction on land use. <br /> 5. it is recommended that the deed restriction on the land use aspect <br /> relative to the minimum sewage disposal area be published in the Real Estate <br /> Commissioner' s Final Report for the subdivision. <br /> Subject to the requirements of San Joaquin County Ordinance No, 1862, includ- <br /> ing the following : <br /> 1. The public water supply system shall be comprised of two wells at two <br /> different locations within the subdivision. The wells and distribution <br /> system shall meet the requirements of the California Safe Drinking water <br /> Act (Chapter 7, Part 1, Division 5, California Health 6 Safety Code) , <br /> the San Joaquin Local Health District, and the San Joaquin County Public <br /> Works Department. <br /> 2. Parcels "A" and "B" shall each have minimum dimensions of 50' x t0 ' , <br /> DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE ACTION <br /> - On September 14, 1977, the Development Committee reviewed the proposal as to <br /> its conformance with the statutes of the State and the ordinances of the <br /> County. <br />
