This Section specifies the requirements for appealing any action taken by the various review authorities: (a) Unless otherwise specified, appeals shall be filed within ten ( 10) business days of the date of action, and if filed, stays any further action on the permit until final resolution of the appeal . If the end of the appeal period falls on a non- business day, the appeal period shall be extended to include the next business day; (b) Unless otherwise specified by law, appeals of decisions shall be heard as follows : TA-88-2 - 8 - (BOS : 10-6-87)
