Recommend that the Board of Supervisors approve Zone <br />Reclassification No. ZR -87-34, based upon the "Bases for Zone <br />Reclassification Action" in the staff report. <br />3. Certify Environmental Impact Report No. ER -86-3 with a Finding of <br />Significant Environmental Impacts (Attachment A in staff report) <br />and a Statement of Overriding Considerations (Attachment B in staff <br />report). <br />4. Approve Major Subdivision No. SU -86-12, based upon the "Findings <br />for Major Subdivision Action," subject to the "Conditions of <br />Approval" in the staff report, as well as those revised below, and <br />subject to the approval of Zone Reclassificatiora•.No. ZR-87-34,by <br />the Board of Supervisors. <br />Revised Conditions: <br />1.(a) The Public Report filed with the State Department of Real <br />Estate shall indicate the current and possible increased <br />activity at the Tracy Municipal Airport and the related <br />noise potential from aircraft in the project area. <br />1.(b) The Public Report filed with the State Department of Real <br />Estate shall reference the County's right -to -farm <br />ordinance. <br />2.(b) A master circulation plan shall be prepared for the area <br />approved by GP-86-1/ZR-67-34.
