Traffic & Circulation: Pages 2-3 <br />The mitigation measure of imposing ridesharing as condition <br />for approving future tentative map is not practical and unen- G.1 <br />forceable. <br />2. Hydrology and Drainage: Pages 2-4 <br />The mitigation measures that retention basin be designed to <br />ensure to accommodate runoff of future area buildout is logi- G.2 <br />cal, however, a master storm drainage plan for the study area <br />should be prepared prior to or concurrently with the first <br />development. <br />3. The County development policies related to rural residential <br />development for parcels larger than two acres allow indivi- G.3 <br />dual wells, septic and on-site drainage.
