All parcels will meet or <br /> exceed the minimum 100,000-square-foot minimum of the RR-100 <br /> zone. All proposed lots, except for one, will have direct fron- <br /> tage on existing or future roads. Domestic water is proposed by <br /> individual wells, and sanitation is proposed by individual septic <br /> tanks. Storm drainage is proposed to Jahant Slough, which <br /> bisects the property. Unit 1 of Woodson Estates was recently <br /> constructed immediately to the north. <br />
