SERVICE AREAS: Service Areas shall be provided and comply with thafollowing: <br />i) All service, trash, storage areas, and utility equipment shall be screened from public view utilizing <br />a comb nation of planting and architectural elements that era consistent with the project <br />architecture. (MH Multi -Family Development Design Manual, Chap. 3-27) <br />II). Walls used for screening shall be a minimum of six inches higher than the item/area being <br />screenatl. (MH Multi -Family Development Design Manual, Chap. 3-27) <br />iii) Refuse collection antl storage is proposed to be in the intlividual garages proposetl for each <br />apartment unit. If common area refuse collection is proposed it shall be locatetl at the rear <br />antl sitlas of buildings, covered with a roof, and sizatl to contain all refuse generated on site <br />between collections. PARKING: Off-street parking shall be provided and comply with thefollowtng: <br />i) All parking spaces, driveways, antl maneuvering areas shall be surfaced and permanently <br />maintain¢d with asphalt concrete or Portland cement concrete to provide a durable, dust free <br />surtace. Bumper guards shall be provided when necessary to protect adjacent structures or <br />properties.
