No spillover beyond the <br />property lines shall be permitted except onto public thoroughfares, provided, however, that such <br />light shall not cause a hazartl to motorists. CONSTRUCTION NOISE: The following measures shall be implemented during <br />construction: <br />i) Construction shall be restricted to the hours of 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM on weekdays.
