BUILDING CODE REQUIREMENTS: The following California Building Code and San Joaquin <br />County Ordinance requirements will ba applicable and shall be incorporated in the construction plans <br />before submittal to the Building Inspection Division: <br />i) A building permit for each separate structure or building is required, including carports. Submit <br />plans, Specifications and supporting calculations, prepared by a Registered Design <br />Professional (architect or engineer) for each structure or building, showing compliance with <br />The 201B California Building, Mechanical, Plumbing, Electrical, Energy and Fire Codas as may <br />be applicable. Plans for the different buildings or structures may ba combined into a single <br />sat of construction documents. <br />II) A grading permit will be required for this project. Submit plans and grading calculations, <br />including a statement of the estimated quantities of excavation and fill, prepared by a <br />Registered Design Professional. The grading plan shall show th¢ existing grade and finished <br />grade in contour intervals of sufficient clarity to Indicate the nature and extant of the work and <br />show in detail that It complies with the requiramenis of the coda. The plans shall show the <br />¢xisting grade on adjoining properties insufficient detail to identity how grade changes will <br />conform to the requirements of the code. <br />iii) Tha required plans must ba complete at the time of submittal for a building permit Plans must <br />address building d¢sign and construction, fire and life safety requirements, accessibility and <br />PA -2100287 —Conditions of Approval <br />
