A <br />complete set of plans must include fire sprinkler plans, truss design submittals, metal building <br />shop drawings, structural plans and calculations, plumbing, electrical and mechanical <br />drawings and energy report. <br />iv) A soils report is required pursuant to CBC § t 803 for foundations and CBC appendix <br />§ Jt 04 for foundations. All recommendations of the Soils Report shall be incorporated into [ha <br />construction drawings. <br />v) For each proposed new building.
