The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required for this application. Th¢ fee is du¢ and payable <br />at the time of building p¢rmif application. The fee shall be automatically adjusted Juiy 1 of each <br />year by the En9inearing Construction Cost Index as published by the Engine ring Naws Record. <br />(Resolution R-00-433) <br />b. The Regional Transportation Impact Fee shall be required for this application. The fee is due and <br />payable a[ the time of building permit application. The fee will be based on the currant schedule <br />at the time of payment. <Resolution R-06-38) <br />c. Applicant shall fila a Notice of Infant (NOI) with the State Water Resources Control Board <br />(SWRCB) and comply with the State "General Parm it for Storm Water Discharges Associat¢d with <br />Construction Activity". The Waste Discharge Identification Number (WDIDj, issued by SWRCB, <br />shall b¢ submittetl to Public Works prior to release of the building permit. MOUNTAIN HOUSE COMMUNITY SERVICES DISTRICT (Staff Contact: Rochelle Henson, 209-831- <br />2300). <br />General Requirements: <br />a. Improvement Stantlartls: All improvements. inclutling but not limited to improvement plans, <br />specifications, and master utility plans, shall be in conformance with Community Approvals, <br />including but not Iimitetl to the Improvement Standards and Specifications of the Mountain Houses <br />Community Services District (MHCSD), the MHCSD Design Manual, master utility plans, and <br />other standards and plans atloptetl by the MHCSD. Th¢s¢ improvement plans and specifications <br />must be approved by the MHCSD. The plan check fees shall be paid with the submiftal of the <br />improvement plans, and the field inspection services costs shell be paitl to th¢ MHCSD prior to <br />the signing of the improvement plans. If the actual costs exceed the estimated plan check and/or <br />inspection costs, the Developer shall pay the balance within 30 days upon receiving an Invoice <br />from the MHCSD. <br />b.
