requirements of the County Assessor and Community Development Depar[rnent GIS <br />division and the MHCSD digital file format. Condition shall be met prior to' <br />construction. <br />S. Grading: Except where allowed otherwise by the MHCSD, the grading of [he project <br />shall be such that all stormwa[er runoff shall drain to public streets, public alleys, <br />Mountain House Creek, Old River, or drainage facilities within easements for storm - <br />drainage purposes. <br />6. Truck Management Plan: Traffic shall comply with the Construction Truck <br />Management Plan administered by the MHCSD. Project construction plans shall <br />include specifications to the contractor outlining compliance requirements. A traffic <br />control plan showing construction traffic routes within the MHCSD's boundary shall <br />be provided for approval by the MHCSD prior to the commencement of any <br />construction. This plan is required from the Developer, the builders, and all <br />contractors and subcontracts working within MHCSD's boundary. The Developer <br />shall pay all review fees prior to the approval of the plan. <br />7. U.S.A. Requiremenx: U.S.A. shall be contacted 48 -hours prior to any lateral crossing <br />of a joint trench or trenching within the right -of --way. <br />8. Hold Harmless Provision: The Developer shall defend, indemnify, and hold <br />harmless the MHCSD, its agents, officers, and employees, from any claim, action, <br />or proceeding against the MHCSD, its agents, officers, or employees, [o attack, set <br />aside, void, or annul an approval of MHCSD concerning any MHCSD condition, <br />which action is brought within the time provided for in Section 6649937 of the <br />Government Code. <br />9. Complete, replac¢ or install any missing or damaged frontage improvements/ street <br />improvements on all side along the edges of the development. <br />10. Traffic and Transportation: The developer shall improve all streets shown on the <br />plans and other transportation improvements as described in the following: <br />The street improvements shall include all street pavement, curbs, gutters, <br />sidewallcs, landscaping, lighting, signs underground utilitr¢s, etc. <br />The MHCSD may allow phase improvements subject to subdivision agreement <br />or bonding. <br />Bond for traffic signal at Arnaudo Boulevard and Tradition Street and the fiber <br />optic line and associated £fiber optic equipment along Amaudo Boulevazd from <br />Mountain House Parkway to Central Parkway_ When warranted complete the <br />installation of the traffic signal installation at Arnaudo Boulevazd and Tradition <br />Street Install the fiber optic cable along Arnaudo Boulevazd from Mountain <br />House Pkwy to Central Pkwy and connect the £fiber optic cable to each <br />intermediate traffic signal cabinet and each end point traffic signal cabinet.
