fiber optic connections shall be done in accordance with the MHCSD <br />Communication Master Plan. <br />Best Management Practices: <br />11. The Developer shall comply with MHSWMP policies, MHSWMP mitigation <br />measures and Phase I and II NPDES permit requirements, including the preparation <br />and implementation of an SWPPP that outlines B.M.P.s to be followed to minimize <br />erosion and sedimentation during project construction and operation. <br />12. The Developer shall install catch basin filters, Water Decontaminator per MHCSD <br />Standard Specification and Details, and/or other source control Best Management <br />Practices (B M.Ps) for runoff from the project prior ro issuance of the building <br />permit. <br />Construction -Related Erosion: The Developer and/or contractor shall comply with <br />applicable NPDES General Construction Activities Storm Water Permit <br />requirements established by the Clean Water Act. Pursuant to the NPDES Storm <br />Water Program, an application for coverage under the statewide General <br />Construction Activities Storm Water Permit (General Permit) shall be obtained for <br />project development prior to [he. issuance of grading permits. The Developer and/or <br />contractor shall obtain coverage under the Genera] Permit by filing a Notice of Intent <br />with the State Water Resource Control boazd's (SWRCB) Division of Water Quality - <br />The Filing shall describe erosion control and stotirtwater treatment measures to be <br />implemented during and the following construction and provide a schedule for <br />monitoring performance. MHCSD approved B.M.P.s shall serve to control point and <br />non -point source pollutants in stormwater and shall constitute the project's <br />stormwater pollution prevention program (SWPPP) for constmction activities - <br />Timing: All applicable permits shall be obtained prior to the issuance of grading <br />permits £or the project - <br />13. Project Developer shall develop and submit a Project Stormwater Plan that identifies <br />the methods to be employed to reduce or eliminate stormwater pollutant dischazges <br />through the construction, operation, and maintenance of source control measures, <br />low impact development design, site design measures, stormwater treatment control <br />measures, and hydro modification control measures. <br />14. Runoff from non-residential areas shall be pretreated on-site before discharge into <br />the MHCSD public stormwater coltection system - <br />15. Catch basin inserts -(Decontaminators) shall be installed in each storm drain inlet <br />structure. The decontaminator shall comply with MHCSD Detall SD -22.
