16. "A 'No Dumping' marker shall be installed at each catch basin after the catch -basin <br />is installed per Detail SD -04-" <br />17. Grates and In -lets shall be protected with gee -fabric material during any neazby <br />construction. <br />18. The contractor will be responsible for purchasing, installing, and maintaining all the <br />catch basins and other storm drain Ea1ets and decontaminators before and during <br />construction- Afrer construction the management shall maintain [he all catch basins <br />and other storm drain inlets and decontaminators in perpetuity. <br />19. Recyclable Construction Waste: Recycling o£construction wastes, such as wood and <br />metal, shall be made part of the improvement plans and construction specifications <br />for contractors in compliance with -MHCSD requirements. <br />20- Designated Waste Hauler Provider: The MHCSD's designated waste hauler, West <br />Valley Disposal, shall be used for disposal of waste material and recycling of <br />recyclable materials. No other waste haulers are allowed. <br />21. Construction Water Usage: An encroachment hydrant permit is required prior to <br />using water for construction purposes from a hydrant or any other potable water <br />source - <br />Roadway, Lighting, and Landscape Improvements: <br />22- All roadways, which in this project shall be private, must meet the minimum 20' <br />Paved width and be designed and constructed per the MHCSD acceptable -standards <br />and specifications. <br />23. "No pazking" signs or red curb shall be erected in all azeas where there is to be no <br />pazking allowed- <br />24. Asidewalk connectivity plan shall be shown and submitted for the entire project <br />area and with the sun-ounding adjacent areas. This plan shall also address pedestrian <br />access off roadway scenarios. <br />25. Show a1L handicap ramps and associated crosswallc and signage in all pertinent plan <br />sheets. <br />26. Show all alleyways/driveways details to address pedestrian and parking. Alleyways <br />shall comply with ADA requirements. <br />27. Provide "Private Roads", "No Parking" and other private notice signage and poles <br />attd note on plans - <br />PA -2100287 - Contlitions of Approval <br />
