The Final Map shall note and clearly delineate any area <br />subject to flood hazard. All development within the sub- <br />division shall conform to the requirements of the San <br />Joaquin County Floodplain Ordinance Code. <br />h. A Preliminary Soil Report shall be required. <br />i. Public utility easements shall be as required by Pacific <br />Gas and Electric Company and all other public utilities. <br />Underground utilities are required. <br />j. Access for Lot 4 shall be restricted from the private por- <br />tion of Vacco Road. <br />3. Local Health District: <br />a. This tentative division of land shall meet the Rules and <br />Regulations of San Joaquin County Ordinance No.'s 549 and <br />1862. A percolation test, soil profile, and a minimum <br />sewage disposal area are required for Local Health <br />District approval. A permit for the percolation test from <br />the Health District is required. A percolation test will <br />be required on every third lot. The sewage disposal and <br />water wells are to be shown on the Improvement Plan. The <br />Improvement Plan must show the location of wells and sep- <br />tic systems within 150 feet of property lines. <br />b. The initial percolation test failed. A pit percolation <br />test is required prior to a?proving this application. The <br />pit percolation test can be performed in the first sand <br />strata within 25 feet of the ground surface. <br />c. The percolation tests are to be conducted and the above <br />conditions are to be met prior to the recordation of the <br />Final Map. <br />4. Pacific Gas and Electric Company: <br />a. The 25 -foot -wide access road shall be dedicated as a <br />public utility easement. <br />b. Ten -foot -wide public utility easements shall be dedicated <br />on all street frontages and shall be shown on the Final Map. <br />SU -87-24 -5- RES. <br />
