The system shall provide <br /> adequate water supply and fire hydrants for fire pro- <br /> tection in conformance with the requirements of the <br /> County Fire Warden and the Mokelumne Fire District. <br /> h. The public sewer system shall be constructed in con- <br /> formance with the requirements of the Local Health <br /> District , the Department of Public Works, and the <br /> Lockeford Community Services District . <br /> I . A preliminary soils report shall be required. <br /> J . All lots shall be protected from 100-year flood and <br /> flood hazard. Finished floor elevation shall be at or <br /> above the intermediate regional flood elevation as <br /> determined by the U. S. Army Corps of Engineers. The <br /> Final Map shall note the means of providing the <br /> 100-year flood protection. The 10-year water surface <br /> elevation at Bear Creek is approximately 101 N.G .V.D. <br /> k. The property shall annex to the Bear Creek Maintenance <br /> District prior to the acceptance of the Final Map to <br /> provide for the operation, maintenance, and improve- <br /> ment of storm drainage and street lighting systems. <br /> 1. All utilities Shall be underground. <br /> m. A 10-foot-wide public utility easement shall be <br /> required on all street frontages within the sub- <br /> division for the Pacific Gas and Electric Company. <br /> All other public utility easements shall be as <br /> required by the requesting public utility company. <br /> 2 . Local Health District : <br /> a. The subdivision shall be connected to public water and <br /> sewerage supplied by the Lockeford Community Services <br /> District . <br /> b. The Lockeford Community Services District shall pro- <br /> vide a letter to the Health District , prior to <br /> recording of the Final Map, assuring the Health <br /> District that its sewer system has the capability of <br /> providing capacity to the subdivision and that the <br /> sewer system will not violate the waste discharge <br /> requirements of the Regional Water Quality Control <br /> Board. <br />
