All UST systems shall meet the operational requirements set forth in <br />Health and Safety Code sections 25292.1(a), 25290.2, 25291 and 25292 to the extent they apply <br />to Flying J's UST systems. <br />4.7.b. For any unauthorized release, as defined in Health and Safety Code <br />section 25295.5, Flying J shall record the unauthorized release, timely notify the CUPA of the <br />unauthorized release, and timely provide to the CUPA a full written report of the unauthorized <br />release as required by Health and Safety Code sections 25294 and 25295(a)(1) and California <br />Code of Regulations, title 23, sections 2650 through 2652. <br />4.7.e. Flying J shall maintain and make available for review by the CUPA all <br />written monitoring and maintenance records as required by California Code of Regulations, title <br />23, section 2712(b). <br />4.7.d. Flying J shall equip all USTs with a spill container and overfill prevention <br />system as required by California Code of Regulations, title 23, section 2635(b). The overfill <br />prevention system shall not allow for manual override, as required by California Code of <br />Regulations, title 23, section 2635(b)(2). <br />4.7.e. Flying J shall install all underground primary piping that is in contact with <br />hazardous substances under normal operating conditions within a secondary containment system <br />as required by California Code of Regulations, title 23, section 2636(c)(1). <br />4.7.£ Flying J shall install automatic line leak detectors on all underground <br />pressurized piping as required by California Code of Regulations, title 23, section 2636(f)(2). <br />4.7.g. In any permit application submitted pursuant to California Code of <br />Regulations, title 23, section 2711, Flying J shall provide complete and accurate information. If <br />Flying J learns that a permit application contains incomplete or inaccurate information, Flying J <br />shall, upon discovery, supplement its permit application so as to satisfy the requirements of <br />California Code of Regulations, title 23, section 2711 <br />CONSENT JUDGMENT <br />11 <br />
