<br /> Paint wood today and provide cleanable, smooth surface.
<br /> Observed ice build up around top of freezer chest. Clean within 1 week and maintain clean.
<br /> The right door for the display warmer was missing, a sheet of plexiglass was being used as cover. Provide sliding door for
<br /> display warmer within 1 week.
<br /> Observed damaged gasket around freezer chest lid and on left door of display warmer. Repair/replace gaskets within 2
<br /> weeks.
<br /> Observed noncleanable surface on lid of freezer chest. Provide cleanable, smooth surface within 2 weeks.
<br /> Observed rusted shelves with mold and debris in walk-in. Replace and provide cleanable shelves. Replace shelves within 1
<br /> month.
