Item No. 9 <br /> D/C 2-13-80 <br /> S-80-9 <br /> Page 3 <br /> 6) An adequate water supply for fire protection with fire hydrants and <br /> connections shall be installed in conformance with the requirements of <br /> the County Fire Warden and Linden-Peters Fire District. <br /> 7) A County Service Area shall be formed prior to the acceptance of the <br /> Final Map to provide for the operation, maintenance, and improvement <br /> of storm drainage systems, water systems, street lighting systems and <br /> solid waste disposal. <br /> 8) The minimum net lot area shall be 8,000 square feet. <br /> 9) In lieu of conveyance of park land to the County, as prescribed in <br /> Section 9-1450 of Ordinance 2634, as amended, the developer shall <br /> contribute fees of equivalent value as defined in said section. <br /> 10) A Preliminary Soil Report as prescribed in Section 9-1507 of Ordinance <br /> 2634, as amended, shall be required. <br /> 11) Full street improvements in compliance with Ordinance 672 shall be <br /> provided within the subdivision. Duncan Road shall be fully improved <br /> on the subdivided side to Front Street in compliance with County <br /> standards. Curbs, gutters and sidewalks shall be provided throughout <br /> the subdivision and on Duncan Road. <br /> 12) The design of the subdivision shall be revised so that: <br /> a) Serr Court does not connect with Duncan Road. <br /> b) An additional access to the east is provided. <br /> c) Lot "A" is adjacent to Duncan Road and has frontage. <br /> •*rwr <br />
