S-80-9 <br /> ( v -OF GERALD CASE, LINDEN, COUNTY OF SAN JOAQUIN, STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> w �d <br /> O <br /> WHEREAS, on June 10, 1980, the Planning Commission of the <br /> County of San Joaquin, State of California, by Resolution No. <br /> PC-80-106, did conditionally approve Subdivision Map No. S-80-9 <br /> of GERALD CASE (c/o R. W. Siegfried & Associates) , for a 30 <br /> lot residential subdivision on the northeast corner of Front <br /> Street and Duncan Road, Lindell County of San Joaquin, State of <br /> California; and <br /> WHEREAS, on this date this Board .6f Supervisors did conduct <br /> a public hearing on said matter, notice of which hearing was <br /> given in accordance with law, and oral or documentary evidence <br /> having been received in favor of or opposed to said matter, and <br /> this Board of Supervisors being advised on the premises ; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by this Board of Supervisors <br /> that Subdivision Map No. S-80-9 of GERALD CASE be, and it hereby <br /> is, conditionally approved as follows : <br /> 1. All improvements shall conform with the requirements <br /> of the County of San Joaquin. <br /> 2 . Easements for utilities shall be as required by <br /> P.G.&E, Continental Telephone Co. , and all other public utilities . <br /> The provisions of Section 9-1730 of Ordinance 2634, as amended, <br /> requiring undergrounding of utilities shall apply. <br /> 3 . Plans for all improvements must be approved by San <br /> Joaquin County Department of Public Works prior to consideration <br /> of the Final Map. <br /> 4. An adequate storm water drainage system shall be <br /> provided . The system shall also meet the requirements of the <br /> Department of Public Works . The proposed community pond shall <br /> comply with Board Order B-79-1934. The dry line is to be <br /> accomplished from Lot A to Duncan Road . <br />
