Fee title <br /> is required for each and every water pumping facility, water storage facility, wastewater lift <br /> station, and all other mechanical / electrical facilities, and significant structural storm drainage <br /> facilities. Minimum ten-foot wide exclusive easements are required for all water, wastewater, <br /> storm drainage pipelines, and communication facilities, unless said pipelines and/or <br /> communication facilities are incorporated into dedicated public streets or, in the case of <br /> communication facilities, are located in a common "joint trench" located in the public right of way. <br /> Existing Applicant- District Agreements <br /> The willingness expressed by this will serve letter is conditioned upon the Applicant's full <br /> compliance with all existing agreements between the Applicant and the District as they may from <br /> time to time be in effect. <br /> Will Serve Letter Validity Period <br /> If the understandings expressed above are in error of if the Project Description and/or Property <br /> Description substantively change, this will serve letter is no longer valid.
