back up alarms. In a study conducted at a similar facility in San Joaquin County (SJC) the
back up alarms exceeded the allowable noise standard currently in the SJC Development
Code.
1. The TMRF/TS & CF proposes to expand into food waste feedstock and proposes 3
additional composting methods.
Method 2 proposes Open Windrow Composting (co -collected green material with up to
20% food waste). More studies needed to demonstrate adequate environmental/odor
controls when performed as described in GIMP.
Methods 3 and 4 propose to expand into food waste up to 50%. The original expansion
project considered using up to 20% of food waste???
2. The copy of OIMP kept at the facility's administrative office should be revised within
30 days after LEA approval.
