Because of the size of the
development, the concentration of population and the storage of fuel,
fire proteation should be provided by trained fire fighters. This
could be accomplished by contracting with the w '?-;_dge Fire District
or the City of Stockton. Additionally, sprinkler protection should be
provided the hotels and motels to compensate for the increased response
time.
- The developers propose to use a package treatment plant for sewage
disposal. Since municipal services are not available, this is unavoid-
able. Sufficient disposal area for a 100°/ backup should he provided to
guard against failure.
- When Caltrans completes ultimate construction of the I-5 Highway 12
access to Thornton Road from this property north of DeBroggi Road will
be cut off. The subdivision design should anticipate this eventuality
by providing alternate access now at DeBroggi Road and eliminating the
connection at Paddock Place. Then the subdivider should provide a
cul-de-sac on Paddock Place.
- In order to conform with County standards, the width of Pommel Drive
should be 84' rather than 80' . Saddle City Drive should have a turn
around or cul-de-sac constructed at its end.
- DeBroggi Road should be improved to provide access to parcels along its
north side. DeBroggi should be widened to 84' from Thornton Road to
Pommel.
