1.4 SUBMITTALS <br />A. Product Data: Provide data acknowledging that products meet requirements of <br />standards referenced. <br />B. Contractor and/or Manufacturer shall provide detailed tank shop drawings for <br />approval by the County and Engineer of Record prior to fabrication. <br />C. Manufacturer's Installation Instructions: Indicate special procedures required to <br />install Products specified. <br />D. Manufacturer's Certificate: Certify that products meet or exceed specified <br />requirements. <br />E. Project Record Documents: <br />1. Record location of pipe runs, connections, inlets, cleanouts, manholes <br />and invert elevations. <br />2. Identify and describe unexpected variations to subsoil conditions or <br />discovery of uncharted utilities. <br />F. Calculations: <br />1. Septic Tank anti -floatation calculations shall be by the manufacturer and <br />submitted to the Owner for review. <br />2. Sump and manhole anti -flotation integral anchors or collar calculations <br />shall be provided by the manufacturer; however, the foundation is per <br />the project plans. <br />12-2 PRODUCTS <br />PIPE AND FITTINGS <br />A. Gravity Pipe: SDR 26 Poly Vinyl Chloride (PVC) material; inside nominal diameter <br />as indicated on the Drawings. <br />1. Fittings: shall conform to the requirements of ASTM Standard <br />Specifications for Type PSM Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) Sewer Pipe and <br />Fittings, Designation D 3034. Pipe and fittings shall have a minimum cell <br />classification of 12454B or 12454C as defined in ASTM D 1784. <br />2. Joints: shall be push -on bell and spigot type using elastomeric ring <br />gaskets conforming to ASTM D 3212 and F 477. The gaskets shall be <br />securely fixed into place in the bells so that they cannot be dislodged <br />during joint assembly. <br />3. Gaskets: shall be of a composition and texture which is resistant to <br />common ingredients of sewage and industrial wastes, including oils and <br />SP 25 <br />
