(DISTRICT4). <br /> APPLICANT: Marc and Debra Garcia APNs: 007-350-04 and <br /> 007-350-05 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not currently located within a Federal Flood Insurance Administration Designated Flood <br /> Hazard Area. <br /> Peltier Road has an existing right-of-way width of 80 feet and a planned right-of-way width of 84 feet. <br /> The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required when parcels are developed. The fee is due and <br /> payable at the time of building permit application. <br /> The private road serving Parcels 1 and 3, and designated remainder will be required to be built to <br /> Uniform Fire Code Standards. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> I. A Parcel Map is required. (Development Title Section 9-915.2) <br /> 2. Remainder shall be designated as "Designated Remainder" on Parcel Map. <br /> (Subdivision Map Act Section 66445) <br /> 3.
