c. MARKETING EVENTS: The following restrictions apply to all marketing events conducted on the <br /> site: <br /> (1) Marketing events occurring Sunday through Thursday shall end by 8:00 p.m. <br /> (2) Marketing events occurring Friday and Saturday shall end by 10:00 p.m. <br /> (3) The maximum attendants shall be 120 persons. <br /> d. COMPLIANCE DATE: Because this development is currently operating without the required <br /> permits, plans for the project must be submitted within sixty (60) days of the date of approval. The <br /> project must be completed in its entirety within six months from the effective date of approval. <br /> e. BUSINESS LICENSE: The applicant shall secure an approved Business License prior to the <br /> initiation of the use. The Business License may be applied for concurrently with the building permit <br /> application. (Section 7-1000 of the County Ordinance Code) <br /> f. STORM DRAINAGE: Storm water drainage shall be retained on the site. The drainage pattern and <br /> corresponding storm drain improvements shall be shown on the Site Plan. Drainage calculations <br /> prepared by a registered civil engineer or architect shall be included. (Development Title Section 9- <br /> 1135) <br /> g. PARKING: Off-street parking shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) The first one hundred (100) feet of the driveway shall be surfaced and permanently maintained <br /> with base material of appropriate depth and asphalt concrete or Portland cement concrete to <br /> provide a durable, dust-free surface. The remainder of the driveway, parking spaces, and <br /> maneuvering areas shall be chip sealed. Bumper guards shall be provided where necessary to <br /> protect adjacent structures or properties. <br /> (2) A minimum of forty (40) parking spaces shall be provided, including two (2) accessible spaces, <br /> one of which shall be van accessible. Accessible spaces shall be located as close as possible to <br /> the primary entrance (C.C.R., Title 24). (The maximum number of marketing event attendants is <br /> 120. One space is required per 3 attendants.) <br /> (3) One bicycle parking rack or storage device is required for every 20 parking spaces. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1015.7) <br /> (4) All parking stalls and directional arrows must be delineated with paint. (Development Title <br /> Section 9-1015.5[d]) <br /> h. LOADING: One (1) loading space shall be provided. This space shall be a minimum of 25 feet in <br /> length and 15 feet in width and shall have a minimum height clearance of 14 feet. On-site driveways <br /> and maneuvering areas may be used in lieu of the loading space as long as maneuvering areas for <br /> delivery vehicles are provided. (Development Title Section 9-1015.6) <br /> i. ACCESS AND CIRCULATION: The following requirements apply and shall be shown on the Site <br /> Plan: <br /> (1) Access driveways and parking aisles shall have a width of no less than twenty-five (25) feet for <br /> two-way aisles and sixteen (16) feet for one-way aisles, except that in no case shall driveways <br /> designated as fire department access be less than twenty(20)feet wide. <br /> Conditions of Approval -2 - SA-01-95 <br />
