A Site Map is
presented as Plate 2 showing the layout of the entire parcel, the former area of capped wastes
(WU1) on the far northwesterly portion of the site, the locations of stockpiled materials that were
recently excavated and removed from the capped waste area, and the general layout of the
planned large commercial/light-industrial building on the property. A detail map showing WU1
area and the locations of verification soil samples collected beneath the area of removed wastes
is presented as Plate 3. A civil engineering drawing depicting additional details pertaining to the
planned construction is presented as Plate 4. Plate 5 is a site map that shows planned waste reuse
areas (beneath the building and concrete pavements). Analytical laboratory data for samples of
the stockpiled materials from WU1, as well as for the verification soil samples collected beneath
WU1, are presented on Tables I through VII; the laboratory reports and chain-of-custody
documentation are included in Appendix A. The Foundation Investigation (geotechnical
engineering report) and a related Clarification Letter for the site development project is
presented in Appendix B.

2 Brusca Associates, Inc.; “Excavation and Material Management Plan, Murphy Parkway Property, APN 198-120-
009, 17100 Murphy Parkway, Lathrop, San Joaquin County, California”; March 9, 2018.
3 Brusca Associates, Inc.; “Addendum, Excavation and Material Management Plan, Murphy Parkway Property,
APN 198-120-009, 17100 Murphy Parkway, Lathrop, San Joaquin County, California”; March 22, 2018.
4 Brusca Associates, Inc.; “Draft Waste Materials Reuse Workplan, Murphy Parkway Property, APN 198-120-009,
17100 Murphy Parkway, Lathrop, San Joaquin County, California”; May 7, 2018.
5 SJCEHD; “Approval of the Draft Waste Materials Reuse Workplan for Parcel B (APN 198-120-09) of SWIS 39-
CR-0022, 17100 Murphy Parkway, Lathrop”; May 11, 2018.
6 CVRWQCB; “Comments for Draft Waste Materials Reuse Workplan, Waste Unit 1 Materials, Murphy Parkway,
APN 198-120-09, Former Pilkington North America Inc., 500 East Louise Avenue, Lathrop, San Joaquin County”;
May 11, 2018.
7 Brusca Associates, Inc.; “Waste Materials Reuse Workplan, Murphy Parkway Property, APN 198-120-009, 17100
Murphy Parkway, Lathrop, San Joaquin County, California”; May 18, 2018.
