<br />Aerial Photographs <br /> <br />Certain historical aerial photographs in the last few decades depict the development of the <br />Property and the Property vicinity. Selected photographs in Attachment B are summarized below. <br />Evaluation of aerial photography is limited by photographic scale and quality. <br /> <br />SUMMARY OF AERIAL PHOTOGRAPHS <br />Date Source of Aerial Photograph Scale <br />1963, 1975, 1982 EDR Reports/ USGS <br />The Property and adjacent properties appear in this black-and-white aerial photo. The photo <br />was obtained from U.S. Geological Surveys (USGS flight year: 1982). <br />The highway is visible in the upper northwest corner. To the northeast, a glass factory is visible. <br />The east, south, and west adjoining properties appear to be cultivated farmland. The <br />approximate location of the Property appears to be uncultivated farmland or undeveloped <br />property. <br />1993 EDR Reports/ EDR <br />In this black and white photograph, the cogeneration facility is clearly depicted on the Property. <br />The adjoining property to the east appears undeveloped non-agricultural and/or is in use as a <br />livestock grazing area. The glass factory is still visible and active to the north of the Property. The <br />adjoining property to the west appears to be an undeveloped, unused field. The highway in the <br />northwest corner is still visible and in use. Undeveloped, agricultural properties appear south of <br />the Property. A road is visible adjacent to the south side of the Property. Past the road and <br />undeveloped lots, warehouses are visible to the south of the Property. <br />2005 - 2006 EDR Reports <br />This color aerial photograph shows the cogeneration facility on the Property fully constructed <br />and in use. The glass factory is still visible and active to the north of the Property. The highway <br />in the northwest corner is still visible and in use. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
