UP-97-11 OF THE SAN JOAQUIN DELTA POWER SQUADRON <br /> (C/O DILLON & MURPHY) <br /> ----------------------------------------------------------------- <br /> The applicant has submitted the above referenced Use Permit <br /> application to legally establish an existing private Marina that <br /> includes a dock and patio . The project is located on the north <br /> side of the Stockton Deep Water Channel, generally southeast of <br /> Disappointment Sough, and accessibe only by water . <br /> This item is scheduled to be heard by the Planning Commission on <br /> December 18, 1997 . <br /> The Community Development Department has reviewed the proposal <br /> and will be recommending that it be approved by the Planning <br /> Commission subject to the following recommended Conditions of <br /> Approval : <br /> Use Permit Application No. was approved by the Planning <br /> Commission on The effective date of approval is <br /> This approval will expire on , which is 18 months <br /> from the effective date of approval , unless (1) all Conditions of <br /> Approval have been complied with, (2) all necessary building <br /> permits have been issued and remain in force, and (3) all <br /> necessary permits from other agencies have been issued and remain <br /> in force. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Conditions of Approval and <br /> ordinance requirements shall be fulfilled prior to the <br /> establishment of the use and the issuance of any building <br /> permits .
