Remove cardboard and provide cleanable surface today. <br /> The left faucet head at the fish department 3 comp sink was loose. Repair/replace left faucet head within 1 week. <br /> Observed missing doors at seafood department counter display, plastic was being used to cover openings. Install sliding <br /> doors at seafood department display within 1 week. <br /> Observed damage in drainboard around sink compartments at fish department 3 comp sink.
