<br /> OBSERVATIONS:The meat counter display cooler interior was being pressure washed during the inspection. The meat
<br /> trays were placed on top of the unit during the cleaning, some of the meat was uncovered. Discontinue this practice
<br /> immediately and store meat covered in the walk-in cooler when washing the display unit to prevent contamination.

<br /> The left faucet head at the fish department 3 comp sink was loose. Repair/replace left faucet head within 1 week.
<br /> Observed missing doors at seafood department counter display, plastic was being used to cover openings. Install sliding
<br /> doors at seafood department display within 1 week.
<br /> Observed damage in drainboard around sink compartments at fish department 3 comp sink. Repair/replace within 3 weeks.
