Any future interchange requirements from Caltrans shall be considered in the design and <br /> layout of lots, streets, and other facilities. <br /> S. Water meters shall be installed on all water services. (Board of Supervisors Order 8-91- <br /> 650) <br /> t. An Offer of Dedication of groundwater rights is required. <br /> 3. PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES: <br /> a. Connection to a public sewer system is required. (Ordinance Code Section 9-10002) <br /> b. Connection to an approved public water supply system is required. The test well will be <br /> required to meet the following: <br /> (1) The water quality shall be tested to meet Title 22, CCR requirements (Safe <br /> Drinking Water Act). <br /> (2) The water quantity shall be tested to show an adequate source. <br /> (3) The results shall be approved by the Environmental Health Division and the <br /> Department of Public Works prior to final approval of the improvement plans. <br /> 4. BUILDING INSPECTION DIVISION: <br /> a. A grading plan shall be submitted by the applicant, and it shall be approved and a <br /> grading permit issued by the Building Inspection Division prior to any excavation or filling <br /> of earth material. <br /> b. The grading plan shall contain the information listed in the U.B.C., Appendix, Chapter 70, <br /> Section 7006(1). <br /> C. The grading plan shall include complete drainage details and elevations of the adjacent <br /> parcels. Retaining wall details shall be submitted where applicable. <br /> d. Grading in excess of 5,000 cubic yards shall comply with Section 7014 for "Engineered <br /> Grading Requirements.' <br /> e. All recommendations of the soils engineer shall be incorporated in the grading plan. <br /> f. All compaction reports must be submitted prior to a foundation inspection. <br /> g. All grading permits are subject to approval by the other departments. <br /> h. All grading authorized by the permit shall be approved prior to the issuance of any <br /> building permits or the beginning of any construction. <br /> Conditions of Approval - 4 - SU-92-9 <br />
