(Board of Supervisors Order 8-91- 650) t. An Offer of Dedication of groundwater rights is required. 3. PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES: a. Connection to a public sewer system is required. (Ordinance Code Section 9-10002) b. Connection to an approved public water supply system is required. The test well will be required to meet the following: (1) The water quality shall be tested to meet Title 22, CCR requirements (Safe Drinking Water Act). (2) The water quantity shall be tested to show an adequate source. (3) The results shall be approved by the Environmental Health Division and the Department of Public Works prior to final approval of the improvement plans. 4. BUILDING INSPECTION DIVISION: a. A grading plan shall be submitted by the applicant, and it shall be approved and a grading permit issued by the Building Inspection Division prior to any excavation or filling of earth material. b. The grading plan shall contain the information listed in the U.B.C., Appendix, Chapter 70, Section 7006(1). C. The grading plan shall include complete drainage details and elevations of the adjacent parcels. Retaining wall details shall be submitted where applicable. d. Grading in excess of 5,000 cubic yards shall comply with Section 7014 for "Engineered Grading Requirements.' e. All recommendations of the soils engineer shall be incorporated in the grading plan. f. All compaction reports must be submitted prior to a foundation inspection. g. All grading permits are subject to approval by the other departments. h. All grading authorized by the permit shall be approved prior to the issuance of any building permits or the beginning of any construction. Conditions of Approval - 4 - SU-92-9
