COMMENTS ON DEVELOPMENTS <br /> SU-92-9 <br /> 4 . Thornton Road shall be improved on the subdivided side in <br /> conformance to County Standards for an 84-foot right-of-way <br /> commercial street. (Planning Title Section 9-9135) <br /> 5. Terminal drainage system shall be provided to meet the <br /> requirements of the County and to provide adequate drainage <br /> for the subdivision. (Planning Title Section 9-9404) <br /> 6. The project shall be served by a public water system <br /> conforming to the requirements of the San Joaquin County <br /> Public Health Services Environmental Services Division and <br /> the Department of Public Works. The system shall provide <br /> adequate domestic and fire water supply in conformance to the <br /> requirements of the County Fire Warden and the local Fire <br /> District. A test well showing that the production well will <br /> meet all applicable standards is required prior to the <br /> approval of the improvement plans or any work within the <br /> site. A detail scaled facility layout of the well site shall <br /> be provided to determine the size needed prior to approval of <br /> the Tentative Map. Lot "A" shall be numbered. <br /> (Planning Title Section 9-10200, 9-10201) <br /> 7 . The project shall be served by a public sewer collection and <br /> treatment system constructed in conformance with the <br /> requirements of the San Joaquin County Public Health Services <br /> Environmental Services Division and the Department of Public <br /> Works. A wastewater treatment plant study acceptable to <br /> Department of Public Works and San Joaquin County Public <br /> Health Services Environmental Services Division is required <br /> prior to the approval of the improvement plans of any work <br /> within the site. <br /> (Planning Title Section 9-10100, 10101, 10102) <br /> 8 . Street lighting shall be provided for the subdivision and the <br /> frontage of Thornton Road. <br /> (Planning Title Section 9-9301) <br /> 9 . The property shall annex to County Service Area No. 31 prior <br /> to approval of the Final Map to provide for the operation, <br /> maintenance, and improvement of storm drainage, water system, <br /> sanitary system, and street lighting facilities. <br /> (Planning Title Section 9-10003) <br /> 10. A Preliminary Soils Report is required in accordance with <br /> the County Standards for the purpose of determining the <br /> R-Value for the design of the roads. <br /> (Planning Title Section 9-9104) <br />
