This land use designation is intended to <br /> Planned Land preserve the existing wetlands within the Master Plan Neighborhood F does not include a Resource <br /> 101 3.2.6.n(10) Uses area. N/A Conservation area. <br /> Golf Courses(OS/0): Two 18-hole golf courses are <br /> located north of Byron Road. Both courses are <br /> Description of approximately 150 acres in size,are bordered <br /> Planned Land primarily by residential uses,and are each served by a <br /> 102 3.2.6.n(1 1) Uses separate clubhouse and related facilities. N/A Neighborhood F does not include a golf Course. <br /> Marina (OS/0): The 60-acre marina site is located <br /> along Old River in the northwest corner of the <br /> community. The marina includes 40 acres of water <br /> Description of and 20 acres of land area for parking,boat storage and <br /> Planned Land service,and buildings(see Chapter Seven for further <br /> 103 3.2.6.n(12) Uses description).
