The proposed septic system will consist, at a minimum of a <br /> 1,500-gallon septic tank with two compartments and three 55-foot-long leach lines. The <br /> septic system will be connected to the three-bedroom modular home planned to be <br /> developed on the property and will be utilized 365 days a year. <br /> 3.1. EXISTING ON-SITE SEPTIC TANK USAGE <br /> The septic system servicing the existing residential structure (house) consists of a 1,200- <br /> gallon concrete septic tank with two compartments, three 40-foot-long leach lines, and <br /> three 36-inch diameter, 25-foot-deep seepage pits. The septic tank and system are <br /> located to the north of the structure on the property. The system is permitted for a three- <br /> bedroom house and is utilized 365 days/year (Appendix B). <br /> 3.2. SITE SEPTIC PERMIT HISTORY <br /> One liquid wastewater septic permit is on record at the San Joaquin County <br /> Environmental Health Department (EHD). EHD permit SR0056376 dated January 2009 <br /> is on record for 650 South Reid Avenue, Linden, California for installation of a new <br /> residential septic system consisting of a 1,200-gallon septic tank with two compartments, <br /> three 40-foot-long leach lines, and three 36-inch diameter, 25-foot-deep seepage pits <br /> (Appendix B). <br /> 3.3. ON-SITE SEPTIC TANK REPAIR HISTORY <br /> There are no septic wastewater repair permits on record at the EHD. <br /> 3.4. EXISTING SEPTIC TANK USAGE IN THE GENERAL AREA <br /> Neighboring properties are zoned for residential and agricultural land use. Several liquid <br /> waste permits are on record at the EHD for installation of septic systems surrounding the <br /> subject property. <br /> 3.5. GENERAL AREA SEPTIC PERMIT HISTORY <br /> The following is a summary of information based on new septic system installation permits <br /> currently on file with EHD. <br /> ADDRESS: 651 South Reid Avenue <br /> LOCATION: Adjacent property to west <br /> SEPTIC SYSTEM: 1) Permit date July 2006; new installation of septic system: 1,600- <br /> gallon concrete tank with two compartments, distribution box (D-Box), two 60-foot-long <br />
