COMMENTS ON DEVELOPMENT <br /> SU-90-8/PD-90-2 <br /> 4 . Dedication is required to result in a right-of-way line <br /> 40-foot northerly of the center line of Locke Road , and shall <br /> be improved on the subdivided side to County standards For a <br /> 60-loot right-of'-way urban Lubdivision _'treet . <br /> 5. A drainage system shall be provided to meet the requirements <br /> of the County and to provide adequate drainage for the <br /> improvements (development ) . The acceptance or approval by <br /> the County of the drainage ayetem does not relieve the <br /> developer (or his engineer ) of the responsibility of <br /> providing an adequate drainage system. The drainage system <br /> shall be connected to the Lockeford Community Services <br /> District when it is available . The subdivider is subject to . <br /> an Area Drainage Trust Fund Fee, and is approximately $4 ,746 <br /> per acre and subject to adjustment semiannually . <br /> 6 . A public water system shall be provided conforming to the <br /> requirements of the San Joaquin County Public Health <br /> Servic=es-Environmental Services Division, Lockeford Community <br /> Services District and the Department of Public Works . The <br /> system shall provide adequate water supply and fire hydrants <br /> for fire protection in conformance to the requirements of the <br /> County Fire Warden and the local Fire District . A "CAN AND <br /> WILL SERVE" letter from the Lockeford Community Services <br /> District shall be required . <br /> 7 . The public sewer system shall be constructed in conformance <br /> with the requirements of the San Joaquin County Public Health <br /> Services-Environmental Services Division and the Department <br /> of Public Works. A "CAN AND WILL SERVE" letter from the <br /> Lockeford Community Services District shall be required. <br /> 8 . Street lighting shall be provided for the subdivision and the <br /> frontage of Locke Road. <br /> 9. Access rights on Locke Road shall be dedicated and <br /> restricted. <br /> 10. White Cliff Drive shall be connected to Locke Road on both <br /> ends . <br />
