Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> #23 Rodents, Insects or Animals Inside Facility Major <br /> OBSERVATIONS:Observed one dead juvenile cockroach on rice scoop in kitchen. Observed dead cockroach in washing <br /> solution in 2 comp sink and dead cockroach on right drainboard. Observed live cockroach on wall near buffet tables and few <br /> dead on the floor near the buffet tables. Observed live cockroaches on wall and floor in kitchen, on wall and floor near <br /> dishwasher, and on floor in pantry room. Observed live cockroach on right prep sink drainboard that fell into sink, observed <br /> some dead cockroaches on right prep sink. Observed few dead and one live cockroach on dishwasher drainboard. Clean <br /> and sanitize areas immediately and increase pest control measures.
