Cease and desist any further unauthorized disposal of <br />5 <br />solid/hazardous wastes on said property. <br />6 <br />2. Remove all unauthorized solid/hazardous wastes from <br />7 <br />said property and transport to a permitted disposal or recycling <br />8 <br />facility, and correct the aforementioned violations by July 30, <br />9 <br />1999. Start field operations to remove and dispose or recycle <br />10 30, 1999. Comply with all applicable <br />solid/hazardous wastes by May <br />11 <br />local, state, and federal requirements for handling, transporting, <br />12 <br />and disposal or recycling of solid/hazardous wastes during site <br />13 <br />cleanup. <br />14 <br />3. Submit a detailed plan and schedule for compliance with <br />15 <br />the aforementioned violations to San Joaquin County Environmental <br />16 Health Division by May 15, 1999. Provide with the plan names of <br />17 <br />proposed cleanup contractor(s), hauler(s), and disposal an <br />lglicable <br />recycling facility together with evidence of app <br />19 <br />licenses/permits required to perform tasks and accept wastes. <br />20 <br />No part of this Notice and Order shall be construed to <br />21 <br />preclude San Joaquin County Environmental Health Division, or <br />22 <br />'other local, state or federal agencies from taking additional <br />23 <br />enforcement actions regarding this property. <br />24 <br />25 I PLEASE TARE FURTHER NOTICE THAT: <br />25 i <br />1.
