I the fire burn. The report mentions that burning of solid waste at this site has occurred i <br />2 the past several times. <br />3 <br />iii. The Air Pollution Control District Report dated August 11, 1998, indicates that the fire, <br />4 <br />5 was confined to a large pile of dry grass, trash, tree stumps, old vehicle wheels and <br />6 lumber (mixed solid wastes). <br />k. On November 4, 1998, a site visit was made to assess the site as to the status of any <br />a <br />clean-up efforts. No progress was noted, in fact, solid waste garbage and debris continues to be <br />9 <br />10 deposited at this site. Attached hereto as exhibit H, are photographs, which are true and correct <br />11 copies as taken by declarant. <br />12 <br />1. On February 8, 1999, declarant made a site visit to 23201 South Santa Fe Road, tc <br />13 <br />determine if any wastes have been removed. An inspection was made from the roadway an( <br />14 <br />1s pictures were taken. There has been no progress.
