I Property from both Mr. Sweeso and Ed Padilla by Tuesday, January <br />2 22, 1991. <br />3 On April 9, 1993, Mike Huggins and Kelly McCoy from Public <br />4 Health Services, Environmental Health Division made a f ield <br />s visit to the Subject Property. The site appears to be between <br />6 Santa Fe Road and the Railroad tracks, south of Riverbank City <br />7 Dump. These inspectors were told by Allan Travick, Riverbank <br />8 Head Mechanic to be careful about going on the Subject Property <br />9 because Bill Lane has a violent past and has been known to chase <br />10 people off his property. The site is h mile north of the County <br />11 line. Ms. McCoy was instructed by Mr. Huggins not to enter the <br />12 property, but perform a visual drive-by inspection. <br />13 On May 13, 1993, Kelly McCoy researched Public Health <br />14 Services, Environmental Health Division's files to find any <br />15 previous information on the Subject Property. No information <br />16 1 was found. On September 17, 1993, a Master File Record was <br />17 submitted to Public Health Services, Environmental Health <br />18 Division accounting office. <br />19 On October 18, 1993, Kelly McCoy talked to Thomas Sweeso <br />20 regarding the status of this case. She was told that the case <br />21 had been bankrupted and nothing had been done on the property, <br />22 nor had the garbage been removed. Mr. Sweeso stated that David <br />23 Irey is handling the court-ordered clean up. <br />24 On March 30, 1994, Kelly McCoy filed a copy of a letter to <br />25 David Irey dated March 25, 1994, requesting copies of any <br />26correspondence received in regards to the Subject Property.
