I On April 25, 1994, Ed Padilla and Kelly McCoy made copies <br />2 of important documents from David Irey's file and started a file <br />3 on the Bili. Lane Dump. On June 20, 1994, copies of the Bill <br />4 Lane Dump File Activity/Action Log were made for the California <br />s Integrated Waste Management Board. <br />6 On December 6, 1994, Jeff Carruesco of Public Health <br />7 Services, Environmental Health Division performed an annual <br />8 drive-by inspection of the Subject Property and found no sign of <br />9 dumping on property; however, the inspector had concerns about <br />10 garbage and different materials being scattered and stored on <br />11 the property and not being properly disposed of. <br />12 On April 17, 1995, Jeff Carruesco performed an annual <br />13 inspection and found salvaging of large amounts of products <br />14 taking place and garbage had not been removed since the previous <br />1s inspection on December 6, 1994. <br />16 On April 28, 1995 ??? (see Activlty pg 6 ^for this date) <br />17 On September 3, 1998, Jeff Carruesco performed a site <br />18 inspection and found a tire pile and trash present. <br />19 On December 19, 1996, Jeff Carruesco performed an annual <br />20 inspection and found violations of litter control and general <br />21 maintenance. <br />22 On May 27, 1998, Steven Mindt of Public Health Services, <br />23 Environmental Health Division performed a routine inspection at <br />24 Bill Lane Dump. Routine paper work was completed, and a call <br />25 was made to Wes Minderman of the California Integrated Waste <br />26 Management Board. <br />27 Brad Williams from the California Integrated Waste <br />28 Management Board called to say he would like to do a joint <br />6 <br />
