Mindt placed Mr. Sweeso`s letter and report copies in the <br />Sill Lane Dump file. <br />On November 4, 1998, Steven Mindt made a site visit and <br />took more pictures of the violation(s). This same day he <br />received a letter dated October 29, 1998, from Mr. Coons, of <br />Bray, Geiger, Rudquist and Nuss, Attorneys At Law. Mr. Coons <br />conveys in his letter that he visited the site with a surveyor <br />and the violations in question where not on the Subject <br />Property. see tether �z� �__-z <br />Raac�,`�' Escalon `;File; <br />On November 9th and 16th, 1998, after meeting with County <br />Counsel, Steven Mindt prepared his Declaration of Investigation <br />statement. On December 9, 1998, Mr. Mindt drafted a final draft <br />of the Notice and Order to abate to Bill Lane. On December 28, <br />1998, Mr. Mindt added pictures to the Bill Lane Dump file. <br />On January 6, 1999, Steven Mindt received a Title Search <br />from Central Valley Title Company listing Bill F. Lane as legal <br />owner of the property at 23201 South Santa Fe Road, Escalon, <br />California. On January 25, 1999, Mr. Mindt worked on his <br />Declaration for 120 minutes. His computer crashed and all <br />information was lost. <br />On February 8, 1999, Steven Mindt made a site inspection on <br />the progress of the clean-up at Bill Lane Dump. No progress had <br />been made and pictures were taken of the Subject Property. On <br />February 10, 1999, Mr. Mindt completed his Declaration of <br />Support for Notice and Order Number to abate, Number 98-01. <br />On February 11, 1999, Mr. Mindt left film containing <br />pictures of Bill Lane Dump at Wolfe Camera to be developed.
