However, in our 2021 <br /> City of Tracy Clerk's Office Phase I ESA report for the Property, the Tracy City Clerk <br /> informed us that the Property was under the jurisdiction of San <br /> Joaquin County. <br /> We submitted a file review request to the San Joaquin County <br /> Department of Environmental Health and did not receive a <br /> San Joaquin County Department of response by the time of report preparation. However, in our <br /> Environmental Health 2021 Phase I ESA report for the Property, the San Joaquin <br /> County Department of Environmental Health informed us that <br /> they found no records for the Property. <br /> We submitted a file review request to the South San Joaquin <br /> San Joaquin County Fire Department County Fire Authority. No response had been received by the <br /> time of the preparation of this report. <br /> San Joaquin County Assessor's We reviewed the San Joaquin County Assessor's Office online <br /> Office database and confirmed the APN and associated acreage <br /> associated with the Property. <br /> We reviewed the GeoTracker database maintained by the State <br /> Water Resource Control Board (SWRCB) to identify ongoing <br /> California State Water Resources environmental site assessment and remedial activities at and <br /> Control Board near the Property. There were no listings for the Property in the <br /> GeoTracker database. A summary of relevant files for nearby <br /> properties is presented in Section 3.3.1.2. <br /> We reviewed the EnviroStor database maintained by the <br /> Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC) to identify <br /> Department of Toxic Substances ongoing environmental site assessment and remedial activities <br /> Control associated with the Property. There were no listings for the <br /> Property or nearby facilities in the EnviroStor database. A <br /> summary of relevant files for nearby properties is presented in <br /> Section 3.3.1.2. <br /> 3.5 INDOOR AIR QUALITY <br /> An evaluation of indoor air quality, mold, or radon was not included as part of the contracted scope <br /> of services. The California Department of Public Health has conducted studies of radon risks <br /> throughout the state, sorted by zip code.
