• Use of Tyvek Coveralls. Work Zones The immediate drilling area will be cordoned with the use of traffic cones and/or yellow '`caution" tape. Unauthorized and unprotected individuals will be requested to remain outside coned -off drilling area. Work zones, including designation of an exclusion zone, a contamination reduction zone and; a support zone will be established for any field activity that requires Level C protection. Decontamination For activities requiring Level D protection, it is unlikely that decontamination beyond; normal dry cleanup of equipment will be necessary. At the conclusion of each day disposable gloves and coveralls will be removed and disposed of in on-site containers. If Level C is required, minimum decontamination procedures associated with Level C protection will be followed and established within the Contamination Reduction Zone (CRZ). These procedures are the same as for Level D, but include proper personal protective equipment removal followed by removal of the air -purifying respirator. Decontamination will include preliminary respirator cleaning and bagging, disposal of respirator cartridges and Tyvek coveralls at the end of each day and washing of boots End tools prior to leaving the CRZ. Potentially contaminated protective equipment will be disposed of in designated containers. Waste Management Soil cuttings from drilling activities, purge water, and steam cleaning rinsate will be contained in a either a closed -top roll -off bin, a waste water tank supplied by a hazardous waste transporter, DOT -approved drums or on 6 -mil PVC sheeting and shall be securely covered with 6 -mil sheeting during wet weather period as the requested by the client. Training Clear Heart Drilling's personnel participating in field activities will have completed the Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response 40 -hour health and safety - training course (29 CFR 1910.120) and annual 8 -hour updates. Prior to each day of wozjk, a meeting will be held at the Site to familiarize personnel with health and safety issues, protective equipment, emergency information and supplies and to discuss special topics.
