POLICY AND PROCEDURES MANUAL <br /> SHERIFF'S COURT SERVICES - MANTECA <br /> PURPOSE <br /> The purpose of this manual is to promulgate directives set forth in the California <br /> Administrative Code, Title 15. These directives are mandated by the State Board of <br /> Corrections. <br /> This manual pertains to court holding facilities which are used for confinement of persons <br /> solely for the purpose of court appearances. The confinement shall not exceed 12 hours. <br /> This is a supplemental manual used for the Sheriff's Court Services - Manteca holding <br /> facility. <br />
